Reviews and Ratings
I had a rather disappointing stay at this so-called four-star hotel. While the location was decent, with a few amenities nearby, the service and overall experience left much to be desired. The rooms were not only small but also overpriced for what they offered. The dining experience was mediocre at best. Overall, I regret not choosing a better place in Almaty.
The hotel claims to be four stars, but based on my experience, it's more like two stars. The rooms were somewhat clean but uncomfortable, and the amenities were lacking. Breakfast was decent, but the dining options beyond that were disappointing. Wi-Fi was slow and costly, which made my stay feel less worthwhile.
My stay at the Grand Aiser Hotel was disappointing, especially for the price I paid. While the room was decent and offered a nice view, the overall experience wasn't worth the $200 per night. The dining options were subpar, and the fact that I had trouble with payment added to my frustration. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place for the cost, as I believe there are better options in Almaty.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be four stars but feels more like two. The rooms were not well taken care of, and although the location was decent, it didn't make up for the uncomfortable accommodations. Dining was mediocre, with limited choices and you had to pay for meals upfront. Overall, I wouldn't consider this place worth the high price tag.
